Welcome

Welcome to Camper Area Kapermolen, a brand-new destination for camper enthusiasts in Hasselt! Situated amidst the lush greenery of Kapermolen Park and adjacent to the enchanting Japanese Garden, we offer 20 spacious spots for campers. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and natural beauty of our surroundings, with the vibrant city center of Hasselt just a short walk away. Explore fascinating museums, unwind at charming terraces, shop at stylish boutiques, and indulge in delicious dining experiences.

Facilities

Our camper site is divided into two zones. The first zone is freely accessible, where you can dispose of waste water and use a water tap. Even campers from Hasselt are warmly welcomed here! The second zone, closed off with a barrier, offers twenty camper pitches amidst the greenery. We deliberately opted for minimal paving to maintain the park-like atmosphere.

On the camper site, there is a payment terminal where you can select how many nights you want to stay. Electricity and water can also be paid for there. Another option is to book and pay for your stay and amenities via the Aanuit.net website or app.

Camper Area Kapermolen is only accessible to campers (no caravans or tents allowed).

How to enter and exit?

  • Purchase a ticket at the payment machine and select the number of days you want to stay.
  • Upon completion of payment, you will receive a ticket. This ticket contains the access code to open the barrier.
  • Drive up to the barrier. Enter the access code, after which the barrier will open.
  • Keep the ticket! You will need the code to exit and to open the waste bins.

How to extend your stay?

  • It is not necessary to leave the premises first.
  • Purchase a new ticket with access code during the morning.
  • Use the new code to open the barrier upon departure.
  • The remaining electricity will remain available.

How to purchase electricity?

  • First, find a pitch.
  • Remember the 5-digit electricity point number on the electricity pillar.
