Farmer Pieter Coopmans works the grounds around Herkenrode Abbey organically. With his herd of sheep and Hereford cattle, he engages in natural landscaping management. In addition to being an organic farmer, Pieter is also a fully-fledged entertainer and an outstanding guide. With great enthusiasm and conviction, he shares trivia about the surrounding area, his animals, the different types of corn, beer and jenever.
