Workshop Meditative drawing plants

Saturday 3 October 2020: From 2 pm to 4 pm

Workshop Meditative drawing plants, by Danni Hoedemakers

With simple materials, pencil and paper, you will learn to draw your favorite plants. Handles for discharging voltage are taught.

Forest baths squared. We get to work with very simple materials, pencil and paper. You learn simple handles to discharge tension yourself.

You learn to connect with your environment and yourself. You learn to visualize this in your authentic way. Afterwards you will be able to apply these techniques, for relaxation, with your own plants or during a walk in the woods. Together with a friend, partner or alone.

Do you think you have no drawing talent? Ideally, then you have an advantage. During this workshop, drawing is a verb.
