Food and drink stands

Do you have a stand or stall selling food or drinks inspired by Japanese or Asian quisine, and would you like to sell your items in the Japanese Garden? That is possible, as the Japanese Garden is always looking for stalls selling food or drinks to join us during events on a semi-permanent basis. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.

Below here you can find the regulations for food and drink stands, as well as the sign up form for food and drink stands in the Japanese Garden. Please read both carefully, and send in your sign up form to japansetuin@hasselt.be, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Sales stands

Events at the Japanese Garden are a great opportunity to sell Japan-related products. Whether it be manga, sake or matcha, we are happy to cooperate with vendors selling various kinds of items related to Japan. If you are interested in selling your items in the Japanese Garden, please check below for the regulations and sign up forms for sales stands. They are available for both profit and non-profit organizations. Please read both carefully and send your sign up form to japansetuin@hasselt.be.

Workshops

Througout our opening season we are happy to host many different kinds of workshops in the Japanese Garden. Our lessons in Japanese flower arrangement, calligraphy and tea ceremony demonstrations are very popular. We are also open to workshops like tai chi or yoga, as long as the subject is related to Japan or the Far East. If you are interested in hosting a workshop in the Japanese Garden, please contact us at japansetuin@hasselt.be, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
