Borrow a bicycle free of charge

Blue bikes at the train station
You can rent these blue bikes for a maximum of 24 hours (or longer against an additional fee) with a badge at the key dispenser throughout the day. Are there no blue bikes left to borrow via the key dispenser? Contact Fietspunt Hasselt for assistance. A yearly subscription costs € 12 and borrowing a bike costs maximum € 3.15 per ride. Go to www.blue-bike.be and register online. After a week, you will receive your badge by post. Alternatively, head to the Fietspunt offices near the station. There, you will receive two vouchers for immediate use, while waiting for your badge, which will be sent by post. The badge also allows you to borrow a blue bike in other cities. Easy and convenient!
